The 64-page What should I do? Do I go to the doctor? has sold millions of copies with thousands of copies being sold to as many as 36 NHS Health Authorities such as Birmingham Health Authority and Bexley & Greenwich Health Authority.

Paul Buckley was responsible for commissioning and proof reading the complete editorial content of the booklet as well as editing the regular revisions that have been made to the title in the past eleven years. The booklet is currently in its 27th edition.

Paul also commisioned and edited the 28-page What should I do? Students and Young Persons Guide which has proved popular with many of the UK's universities and further education establishments.

The student booklet is currently in its 12th edition.
